With a vision to offer late-night indulgences, we introduced our community to the delightful world of vegan funnel cakes and fried Oreos. These treats quickly became beloved staples at local events, food truck festivals, and University of Florida sports games, capturing the hearts of students and residents alike.

As we grew, so did our dreams. In 2024, we embarked on a new journey, reimagining Dank Cakes as a bakery that celebrates both tradition and innovation. Thus became DANK CAKES 2.0! Our transformation was inspired by a partnership with a gifted Brazilian chef, whose culinary artistry brings the vibrant and diverse flavors of Brazil to Gainesville. This collaboration has given birth to Gainesville's first-ever Brazilian bakery, now known as Dank Cakes Brazilian Bites and Desserts.
